our story

protéiné - premium patisserie, born in Beirut because it had to be.

We created protéiné with one simple belief: you shouldn't have to give up what makes dessert worthwhile. We wanted to create something indulgent, delicious, and satisfying. A dessert that could be enjoyed without the usual compromise. Because too often, choosing dessert means choosing between pleasure and what fits your lifestyle. And when it comes to high-protein alternatives, the compromise can be just as noticeable. So we set out to create something different. Premium ingredients. Thoughtfully crafted recipes. High protein. No compromise on. It tastes like dessert. Because it is, just recalculated.

“Because some things should just be exactly what they are. No apology. No compromise.”
